On October 26, 2022, the 2022 Minhang District Global Talent Introduction Conference was held in the Science and Innovation Center in the south of Minhang District, Shanghai, China. The three-year action plan for global talent introduction was launched at the conference, and the Sino French overseas talent workstation was established. Dr. Zhang Jie, executive director of CTAM and Dr. Abel CHEROUAT, professor of UTT-INRIA/GAMMA3, completed the unveiling ceremony in the French laboratory.
It is the first Overseas Top Level Innovation Talent Workstation which bases on the Sino-France Institute (CTAM) by the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Government and Minhang District Government of China.
It is not only an entrepreneurial platform for multi-national excellent scientists with exemplary programs starting an Undertaking from Shanghai and other countries, but also an exploration of cooperation models on international advanced innovation research, eventually promoting the integration of science and industry.
International Design 100+
On September 15, 2022, the 2021-2022 "Shanghai Design 100+" World Design Capital Conference was grandly opened in Shanghai, China, and the award-winning design works of this year were released, The modeling and simulation presentation won the 2021-2022 "Shanghai Design 100+" award. At the same time, the organizing committee of the conference specially invited Olesya, an expert from UTT-INRIA/GAMMA3, to participate in the opening ceremony of the conference to share his speech. Olesya was very pleased with the development and application of the modelling and simulation technology in Chinese, which can further improve Sino-France design and simulation capability and level.
The competition is organized by the "Creative City Network" of UNESCO and Shanghai, the capital of design in China, opening to participants from all over the world. 2128 innovative design products, industrial design cases and major design events of 1416 teams from 18 countries, including China, the United States, Britain, France and Italy have joined. After more than 100000 public online votes and 100 international and domestic experts' reviews, the modelling and simulation project stood out and won the grand prize in this competition.
