Winter Seminar

The concept

The Winter Seminar is an annual seminar organised by and for (but not exclusively) PhD students of the Interdisciplinary Research Team on Transitions Towards Sustainable Socio-technical Systems (CREIDD). This Seminar is thus an annual moment to get together and share our scientific practices and knowledge among early stage researchers. In order to produce high quality interdisciplinary research we believe it's important for all members to understand and trust each other personally and professionally. This Seminar contributes to build our shared vision as a team doing interdisciplinary researcher on different sciences for sustainability and showcase the most relevant knowledge to tackle the current challenges of the world.

Special edition of 2021

This edition will take place the 2nd and 3rd of March 2021. It will be done in the context of the shared academic platform of the European University of Technology (EUt+). Thus, the first time, this seminar will be open to PhD students interested in sustainability sciences coming from research teams from multiple contries that are part of the EUt+ initiative.

During our winter seminar the participants showcase their current and future publications as well as they participate of a peer reviewing process of the other participant’s publications. That enables everybody to practice and improve their publication and reviewing skills
